Materials and Facilities

The building is constructed in a modern-style architecture with luxurious façade and common areas. The highest-class materials are used, including high-quality thermal insulation on the façades and the roof, elevators, wrought iron railings for the staircases and terraces, suspended ceiling in the common areas, automatic lighting and natural stone type Travertine - for lining the ground floor and common parts of the building.

The security of the complex shall be insured by access control and video surveillance. LED lighting will be installed on the facade.

Completion of the apartments

The future owners will get their apartments with premises plastered and puttied, equipped with entrance doors with multi-point locking, water supply and sewerage installations and electricity supply according to the approved construction designs.
